The State House has issued a public warning disowning an individual named Eliel Cheruiyot Kipsang who has allegedly been issuing deals in the name of President William Ruto and the First Lady.

• Eliel Cheruiyot Kipsang is not an authorised representative, agent, or employee of the Executive Office of the President or the Office of the First Lady.
• The notice was issued by the Comptroller of State House, Katoo Ole Metito.
• Kipsang identifies himself online as a State House Director of Strategy and Planning and is reportedly mobilising a 2027 parliamentary campaign for Turbo Constituency.
