Vertiv has announced an agreement to acquire King Environmental Services Ltd. (KES), a European provider of fluid management services for liquid-cooled data centers. This acquisition is set to enhance Vertiv’s global thermal management capabilities, particularly in the EMEA region.

• The deal aims to expand Vertiv’s specialized fluid management and load-testing services, building on its North American presence established through the acquisition of PurgeRite.
• The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
• KES is headquartered near Dublin, Ireland, and brings expertise in system preparation, performance validation, monitoring, maintenance, and lifecycle optimization for high-density cooling infrastructure.
