The Kenya Devolution Civil Society Organizations' Working Group has strongly opposed the Constitutional Amendment Bill 2025, which seeks to entrench the National Government Constituencies Fund (NGCF), Senate Oversight Fund, and National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF)
