The Environment and Land Court has delivered a major ruling in a long-running dispute pitting the owners of Senteu Plaza in Kilimani worth KES1.4 Billion, against their former tenant, SBS Dunhill Group (East Africa) Limited — a company associated with businessman Chris Obure.
