Brian Akun Elected New Kenya Golf Union Chairman - May 2026

Brian Akun from VET Lab Sports Club has been elected the new chairman of the Kenya Golf Union, will lead the union for the upcoming term. Wachira Waruru, the Managing Director of Royal Media Services, has won the Stanbic Growth Open Golf Tournament at the prestigious Karen Golf and Country Club. The 5th edition of the Faldo Junior Tour has commenced at the Vet Lab Sports Club, bringing together young golfers for a competitive event, with young golfers from six countries competing for top honors at the Faldo Junior Tour Championship.
