The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has arrested Nairobi County Chief Officer for Urban Development and Planning, Patrick Analo Akivaga, on allegations that Sh65.3 million was found stashed in briefcases during a raid at his residence in Syokimau, Machakos County.
