KCB, Harlequins and Strathmore Leos Shine at Kababeri Sevens - August 2026

KCB Rugby Club, Kenya Harlequins, and Strathmore Leos emerged as top performers on day one of the Kababeri Sevens tournament held at the RFUEA Grounds in Nairobi. KCB Rugby Club secured their place in the quarterfinals and launched their title defence with a second consecutive win in the Kababeri 7s. The Sports Journalists Association of Kenya (SJAK) has separately adopted a new constitution, replacing its 2014 governing document, a move designed to significantly enhance governance, accountability, and member protection within the organization.
