In another disappointing outing in the CECAFA finals, Kenya Police Bullets lost 1-0 to Kawempe Muslim Ladies in a tense final in Kigali, Rwanda. The Bullets have now lost in the final for the second time in three seasons. Kawempe were the better team from the start but failed t
