After seven years of neglect, Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital (JOOTRH) is set for a Level VI upgrade after President William Ruto approved the plan, with the facility set to receive over Sh4 billion in national funding, Treasury CS John Mbadi.
