The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has successfully recovered public land in Kakamega valued at Sh20 million, after a court nullified its illegal allocation to a private individual. The land, part of Kakamega Municipality Block 111/100, was designated as trust land for civil servants' housing.
