Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni confirmed the arrest of two Kenyan activists, Bob Njagi and Nicholas Oyoo, for allegedly collaborating with Ugandan opposition leader Robert Kyagulanyi. The President justified the detention during a radio talk show, noting the activists were released after 38 days in custody.
