Religious Leaders Warn Politicians Against Divisive Politics - March 2026

Separately, Archbishop Kakala called for the dissolution of the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC), alleging the commission has been derelict in its duties, allowing hate speech to proliferate. Church leaders are reiterating their warnings to politicians against engaging in abusive and demeaning political discourse after recent incidents of such behavior were witnessed.
