Security officers are conducting an intensive manhunt in Angata Barrikoi following a brazen raid where armed bandits stole over 130 head of livestock. Administration Police Constable Peter Wamiti, the suspect in the murder of Karatina businessman George Gathu, has been released on bond after 107 days in custody. An officer with the Kenyan Police Service, Peter Wamiti, accused of murder, has been granted bail.
