The Governor of Marsabit County has urged the Interior CS to intervene in a protracted border dispute with Wajir County over the Titu area. Leaders from Marsabit County are demanding immediate government intervention to de-escalate a growing border dispute with neighboring Wajir County. Residents of Sololo in Moyale constituency held protests after two prominent community leaders were abducted on Saturday. Additionally, Rendille youth have expressed outrage over a mass slaughter of camels attributed to suspected bandits in the Kambinye area of Marsabit County, labeling the attack as deliberate economic sabotage against their community.
