South African-based Mia Healthcare Technologies has secured R15 million ($910,000) in funding to expand its accessible dental and orthodontic care services across Southern Africa.

• The investment comes from the Vumela Fund, managed by Edge Growth in partnership with First National Bank (FNB).
• The funding will support Mia Healthcare's mission to provide professional dental care through mobile clinics in underserved communities, schools, and workplaces.
• The company also aims to challenge the orthodontics market with locally produced, affordable clear aligners, as highlighted by CEO Dr. Zane Stennings.

Vertiv has expanded its liquid cooling portfolio in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region to support the increasing demands of AI and high-density data centers.
