Kalonzo Musyoka, leader of the Wiper Democratic Movement, has unveiled a 13-point presidential agenda detailing his plans for governance reform and economic recovery if elected in 2027. He has also launched his campaign platform titled 'Komboa Kenya,' positioning it as a national liberation movement aimed at addressing leadership and economic challenges. Separately, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission is urgently appealing for an additional Ksh33.5 billion from the National Treasury to adequately fund preparations for the 2027 General Election, revealing a budget shortfall of over Sh33 billion.
