IPOA Identifies Suspect in Rex Masai Murder Case - June 2026

The Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) has identified the individual responsible for the death of Rex Maasai. A new dispute has emerged in the Rex Masai murder trial as IPOA accuses the Police Department of obstructing justice. IPOA claims the police are hindering their efforts to seek justice for the deceased. Meanwhile, Onesmus Ngongoyo alleges that Dr. Fred Matiang'i was responsible for the destruction of property valued at approximately 25 million shillings.
