Leaders from Bangale in Tana River County are calling on the security department to conduct a thorough search for illegal firearms following a resurgence of inter-communal clashes. The Executive Office of the President has opened multi-million shilling tenders for the 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 financial years, inviting Kenyan firms to bid for supply contracts for tents, meat, fruits, and fuels.
