Residents of Ol Kalou spent the night camped outside polling stations in a bid to 'protect' their votes during the Thursday parliamentary by-election. Democracy for the Citizens Party leader Rigathi Gachagua has blamed Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja and the IEBC for the chaotic incidents that disrupted voting in Ol Kalou.
