A Sifuna-led team is traversing Bungoma county as citizens contribute money to support Linda Mwananchi campaigns. During the tour, Sifuna revealed that Governor Lusaka secretly asked him to complain in the Senate about SHA debts owed to Bungoma hospitals. Sifuna also pleaded with Governor Lusaka, saying "Ndugu yangu Lusaka usizame na Ruto, wewe ni ndugu yangu" and urged Lusaka to stop hiding behind him, noting that the major enemy of devolution is Ruto. Additionally, Sifuna questioned the value of roads that only carry bodies home, highlighting transportation concerns in the region.
