KCB Group has announced a 50% increase in its interim dividend to Sh3 per share for the six months ended June 2026, driven by a significant rise in earnings. Co-operative Bank of Kenya similarly posted a 28 percent growth in net profit during the same period, reflecting robust performance in the banking sector. Sanlam Allianz Holdings (Kenya) also reported a fourfold increase in net profit, reaching Sh124.6 million for the first half of 2026. Car & General reported a four-fold increase in net profit to Sh2.6 billion for the first half of 2026, driven by robust sales growth across its key markets. At the same time, Kenya's macadamia nut production value surged 73 percent to Sh8.6 billion in 2025, driven by strong farm-gate prices.
