The Officer Commanding Station at Central Police Station, Samson Talaam, has been arrested in Eldoret in connection with the murder of Albert Ojwang.

• Samson Talaam was reportedly on the run before his arrest.
• He has been handed over to the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) for further questioning.
• The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) boss, Mohammed Amin, identified Talaam as a prime suspect in Ojwang's murder.
