The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has announced a temporary traffic disruption on Mombasa Road for commuters heading to Nairobi, scheduled for the weekend of June 20-22, 2025.

• Traffic disruptions will occur near Syokimau Railway Station from 10pm June 20 to 6am June 21 and again from 10pm June 21 to 6am June 22.
• KeNHA is overseeing the installation of the fabricated beams for the Syokimau Railway Footbridge.
• Motorists are advised to follow traffic management plans and divert towards alternative routes to minimize congestion.
