Three suspects were arrested by police in Meru for their involvement in the arson attack on Magunas Supermarket during the July 7 Saba Saba protests.

• Ian Mugambi, Abdulatif Murithi, and Teddy Kaimenyi were captured on CCTV looting and burning the store.
• The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) is leading the ongoing investigation.
• A dark green motorcycle with registration number KMGN 839F was recovered, believed to have been used by the suspects.
