Three Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) soldiers were killed in an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) attack in Sankuri, Lamu County.

• Three soldiers lost their lives in the attack along the Sankuri-Kiunga Main Supply Route (MSR).
• The statement was released by KDF, highlighting the ongoing operation to capture the attackers.
• Injured soldiers were evacuated to specialized military medical facilities and are currently receiving treatment.
