• Assets frozen include cars, land, and property; two land blocks in Eldoret are now under a caveat.
• Mark Ogonji, ARA Acting DG, issued a notice prohibiting asset disposal and requiring the surrender of vehicle logbooks.
• The agency has been investigating First Choice Recruitment for possible financial misconduct, estimating refunds of Sh1 billion owed to victims across multiple counties.
