The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has arrested the Bomet County Director of the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) for allegedly soliciting a bribe.

• Officer arrested on July 23 for soliciting and receiving a bribe of Ksh25,000
• Involved organization: EACC
• The bribe was demanded to allow operation of a lodging facility in Mulot Township without approval
