Parents in Ndia Constituency, Kirinyaga County, have protested the construction of a police post and chief’s camp inside Upper Sagana Primary School, claiming authorities misled them by initially saying it would be an ICT hub.

• A school board member stated they approved the project believing it was an ICT center for student benefit, only to discover it was for police and chief’s offices, which they fear will negatively impact the children.
