The Airtel Africa Foundation launched its "Tech For Her" program, a five-week online initiative providing digital skills training to young women in Zambia, Uganda, and Kenya, in partnership with Tertiary DNS. Applications opened on August 7, 2025.

• The program offers over 100 hours of training in areas like Linux administration, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Dr. Segun Ogunsanya, Chair of Airtel Africa Foundation, emphasized the program's commitment to gender equity, reserving 30% of slots for women from rural and underserved communities and 40% for applicants from low-income households.
• Graduates scoring 90% or above qualify for internships at Airtel Africa and structured mentorship.
