Homicide detectives have discovered new shallow graves containing human remains in Kwa Binzaro village, just a few kilometres from Shakahola Forest, where over 400 individuals died in a doomsday cult tragedy. The discovery was made on August 11 following a public tip-off, raising alarms of further cult-related deaths in the area.
- Seven new graves were found, with four on a previously investigated five-acre plot, containing fresh bones.
