KCB RFC is set to compete in the Christie Sevens on August 16–17 at the RFUEA Grounds in Nairobi, aiming to secure their first title after finishing second in two consecutive finals. Coached by Denis ‘Ironman’ Mwanja, the team is determined to convert their strong performance into a championship win.

• KCB lost 07–24 to Strathmore Leos in the Prinsloo Sevens final last weekend.
• The team will welcome back Kenyan international George ‘Japolo’ Ooro, while backliner Lionel Ajeliti is sidelined with a shoulder dislocation.
• According to captain Bob Muhati, the team showed great character and resilience, building momentum towards lifting a trophy this season.
