• Faith Kipyegon won USD10,000 (approximately Ksh1.2 million) for her first 3000m race since 2014, clocking 8:07:04.
• Julius Yego, a javelin hero, re-announced himself with a victory and a season-best throw of 83.60m, also bagging Ksh1.2 million.
• Beatrice Chebet finished second in the 1500m with a personal best of 3:54:73, earning Ksh777,000.
• Tim Cheruiyot also secured second place in the men's 1500m, taking home Ksh777,000.
• Kipyegon will now focus on the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo starting September 13.
