Former Siaya County Assembly Clerk, Felix Isaac Olwero, was shot dead by police in a suspected case of mistaken identity outside his Whitehouse Resort in Seme, Kisumu County, on Monday morning. He was allegedly responding to a break-in when officers mistook him for a suspect and opened fire.
