The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has extended the application deadline for the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programme for the September 2025 intake to August 28, 2025. This extension gives applicants one more week to submit their applications after the initial deadline of August 22.

• The application fee has been significantly reduced from Ksh1,500 to Ksh500 to increase accessibility.
• KUCCPS revealed this extension in a statement shared on Friday, August 22.
• Candidates from the 2000 to 2024 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) cohorts are eligible to apply, with assistance available at various TVET institutions or Huduma Centres.
• Minimum grade requirements are a C- for Diploma (Level 6), a D for Craft Certificate (Level 5), and an E for Artisan Certificate (Level 4).
