NBA Africa has launched the second edition of its Triple-Double Accelerator program, an initiative designed to support African startups innovating within the sports and creative industries. Applications are now open for companies developing solutions in these fields.

• Applications for the program are open from August 4 through August 29, 2025.
• The program is operated by ALX Ventures, with ServiceNow joining as an official partner.
• The top 10 startups selected will participate in a 10-week mentorship program, culminating in a Demo Day in December 2025.
• The four winners from the inaugural 2024 program included Festival Coins (Nigeria), Salubata (Nigeria), HustleSasa (Kenya), and UBR VR (Egypt).
• Clare Akamanzi, CEO of NBA Africa, highlighted the significant talent among African entrepreneurs in these rapidly growing sectors.
