• PS Oluga clarified that his call for scrutiny of UHC workers for payroll cleansing complements CS Duale's assurance of converting them to permanent and pensionable terms, not contradicting it.
• The Ministry plans to begin absorbing UHC workers on permanent and pensionable terms from September this year.
