The National Police Service has announced significant road closures and traffic disruptions on Thika Superhighway and surrounding areas in Nairobi from 6am on Saturday, August 30, ahead of the African Nations Championship (CHAN) final at Moi International Sports Centre in Kasarani.

• Traffic disruptions will affect motorists traveling to and from the Nairobi Central Business District on the day of the CHAN final.
• The National Police Service, led by a Friday, August 29 notice, urged motorists to cooperate with on-site officers.
• Motorists heading from CBD towards Ruiru, Juja, or Thika via Thika Road are advised to use Kiambu Road at Exit 4, with a roadblock at Muthaiga to redirect traffic.
