A Kenyan woman, identified as M.R.W., has petitioned the High Court against popular Kikuyu musician Samuel Muchoki Ndirangu, known as Samidoh, whom she accuses of rape in the United States.

• M.R.W. claims Samidoh raped her on November 28, 2021, in Overland Park, Kansas, while he was on tour.
• The complaint was filed with the Overland Park Police Department under Case No. 2023022021 and forwarded to the Kansas District Attorney's Office.
• She is suing Kenyan agencies, including the Inspector-General of Police and the Director of Public Prosecutions, for failing to act on her complaint lodged in June 2025.
• She claims to have preserved digital evidence, including audio recordings and electronic messages, and seeks urgent court orders for investigation and protection.
