Truecaller has integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) into its service to offer users “deeper contextual insights” on incoming calls, moving beyond just identifying who is calling to explain why. This new feature aims to provide real-time intelligence to combat the rapidly growing scale of phone scams and identify spam calls.
