- Obado surrendered eight parcels of land and two Toyota Land Cruiser vehicles, valued at Ksh235.6 million.
- The assets include a Loresho Ridge House (Ksh40 million), Sunrise Centre Commercial Block (Ksh88 million), and two five-storey residential blocks (Ksh57.6 million) in Suna East.
- The DPP Renson Ingonga confirmed the agreement, reached after three meetings, despite earlier speculation regarding the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)'s full backing.
