Six suspects have been arrested in connection with an increase in gang-related criminal activities across Kajiado County. The arrests were made by detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) in separate operations in Kirinyaga County and Kajiado County.

• Five suspects were apprehended in Kagio, Kirinyaga County, found with items including a walkie-talkie, several SIM cards, and mobile phones.
• The arrested individuals include Eliud Muiruri Ng’ang’a, David Mithamo, Peter Njoroge, Peter Muriuki Kabiru, and Joseph Wahome Kinuthia.
• Another suspect, James Ndirangu Wanjiru, was arrested in Kiserian, Kajiado County, where an AK 47 rifle loaded with seven rounds of ammunition, a walkie-talkie, and a teargas canister were recovered.
