- The petition targets agencies including the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), and the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP).
- The LSK also wants the court to declare that Kenyans have the duty to provide information on the integrity of individuals seeking or holding public office before their names appear on the ballot.
- Any report against a politician or public officer is requested to be checked within 20 days, failing which the information will be taken as true.
