The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has announced three key leadership changes, effective immediately, to strengthen institutional capacity and enhance service delivery. Nancy Ng'etich has been appointed Commissioner for the Shared Services Department, while Doreen Mbingi will lead the Large and Medium Taxpayers Department in an acting capacity.

• Nancy Ng'etich previously served as the acting Commissioner for the Shared Services Department since February 2023.
• Doreen Mbingi was formerly the Deputy Commissioner, Compliance East & South of Nairobi.
• The changes follow the exit of Simiyu from her role as Commissioner for the Large and Medium Taxpayers Department after a five-year tenure.
