Tragedy struck on the Kericho-Kisumu highway on Tuesday night when a lorry veered off the road at Kipsitet trading centre, killing six people and injuring four others.

• Six people died instantly, and four were injured after a lorry lost control.
• The incident occurred at Kipsitet trading centre along the Kericho-Kisumu highway.
• The injured were transported to Kericho County Referral Hospital.
