The National Police Service Commission (NPSC) has officially advertised the recruitment of 10,000 police officers, resolving a prior disagreement with the National Police Service (NPS).

• The nationwide recruitment exercise is scheduled from October 3 to October 9, 2025, across 416 recruitment centres.
• Interested applicants must be Kenyan citizens aged between 18 and 28 years, with a minimum academic qualification of a D+ in KCSE.
• Applicants are required to present original academic certificates and their national identification cards at the recruitment centres, as confirmed by NPSC Chief Executive Officer Peter Leley.
