• Chief Executive Officer Dr. Philip Kirwa stated that discharge delays are primarily due to incomplete SHA registration, often from missing documents or unpaid annual premiums.
• The hospital maintains that all patients receive quality care, and claims of being served leftover food are false.
• For teenage mothers without IDs, temporary documents are provided for SHA registration, and cases of those unable to pay are reviewed by the hospital's credit committee.
