These establishments have seven days to provide essential environmental compliance documents or face legal action and shutdown.

• NEMA has received numerous public complaints regarding noise pollution from these businesses.
• The affected establishments must submit five key documents, including reasons why legal action or closure should not be taken, certificate of incorporation, EIA license, current environmental audit, and noise control measures.
• While the 107 listed businesses are spread across the country, a majority are located in Nairobi County, including previously closed venues like Habanos and Quiver.
