Lagos is set to host TechCabal’s Moonshot conference this October, bringing together global investors, venture capitalists, and African founders to foster deals and drive the continent's next tech boom.

• African startups secured $1.42 billion across 243 deals in the first half of 2025, a 78% increase from the previous year.
• The conference will feature prominent figures like Maxime Bayen of FundCatalyst and a delegation of over 100 European investors and ecosystem leaders from the European Union’s Digital for Development (D4D) Hub.
• In addition to dealmaking, Moonshot will explore key topics including AI, payments infrastructure, and policy with speakers such as Nigeria’s Minister of Trade, Jumoke Oduwole.
