Egypt-based healthtech company, Duaya, has acquired EXMGO, a provider of SaaS solutions for pharmacies and medical businesses, in a six-figure investment deal. This acquisition aims to advance pharmacy digitization and strengthen e-commerce solutions in Egypt.

• Duaya, founded in 2021 by Dr. Ahmed Fazara, has partnered with over 500 medical suppliers and served more than 12,000 clients.
• The company plans to expand its client base to 25,000 by the end of this year and enter new markets in the GCC during 2026.
• EXMGO's services, which enable pharmacies to create branded applications and websites for online sales and inventory management, have been relaunched under the name "Duaya Go."
