The Social Health Authority (SHA) is partnering with key healthcare stakeholders to tackle fraud and ensure continuous, quality healthcare services across Kenya. This initiative aims to create a unified, transparent, and sustainable healthcare system for all Kenyans.

• A joint initiative will be launched to combat fraud within the healthcare system, leveraging existing anti-fraud frameworks from the Ministry of Health and various insurance companies.
• The meeting on Tuesday was chaired by Dr. Abdi Mohamed, SHA Chairperson, and included representatives from the Kenya Healthcare Federation (KHF) and the Kenya Association of Private Hospital (KAPH).
• Outcomes include fostering timely dialogue, addressing emerging issues promptly, and creating new working arrangements to sustain payment schemes for public officers, while also upholding contracts with individual health facilities.
